When the coolant temperature drops to 60 ~ 70℃, it should be added.

When the engine begins to pull the locomotive under the condition of cold oil viscosity, it will increase the wear between the moving parts and thus reduce the service life of the locomotive.
3. Scheduled oil changes are prohibited:
In winter, if not timely replacement of low viscosity oil and fuel, the engine will be difficult to start.
