Each time the motor is started, it rotates for 10 seconds and then starts for 10 seconds every 3 minutes. After starting for 3 times, restore flameout solenoid valve plug or oil break valve, and start the machine after the supercharger is fully lubricated.

3. Start the machine, idle the engine for 5-10 minutes, according to the excavator exhaust requirements of low-speed no-load operation of the oil cylinder 5-10 times;

4. If the machine is not used for a long time, the lubrication film of each friction pair inside the motor fails, and the lubrication sliding surface is lubricated by rotating at a slow speed of 2 ~ 3 laps.

5, when the weather is cold, there is dirt on the frame, before walking, the frame will be turned to 90 degrees, support the track, idling back and forth a few laps, throw off the support sprocket, roller and regulating wheel. Surrounding soil impurities (For equipment constructed on soil, it is recommended that the operator clean the soil near the supporting wheel and regulating wheel with a shovel after work every day to prevent freezing the next day).
