1. How to judge whether each cylinder of the engine is working normally

2. The location and diagnosis method of diesel pipeline infiltrating air

(1) When the engine cannot be started due to infiltration of air into the oil circuit before starting, the air infiltration part is generally on the pipeline from the fuel pump to the fuel injection pump. For example, oil pipe joints, exhaust plugs, etc. are not sealed, causing air to penetrate.

(2) When the engine is in operation and self-extinguishing due to air infiltration in the oil circuit, the air infiltration part is generally on the pipeline between the diesel tank and the fuel pump. Because the pressure in this section of the pipeline is lower than atmospheric pressure at this time, air will infiltrate from the damaged part of the pipeline.

(3) Another reason for the infiltration of air into the oil circuit is that the injector and the oil outlet valve of a certain cylinder are not sealed at the same time, so that the gas in the cylinder penetrates into the oil passage of the fuel injection pump through the injector, the high pressure oil pipe and the oil outlet valve, causing the engine to extinguish itself.
